NYT: The Man With the Pig Over His Shoulder

I recently had an amazing dinner at Blackbird in Chicago where it is possible- a possibility of which I had to avail myself- to have pork in every course, including dessert. So is it any wonder that I kind of want to be this guy when I grow up?
